Shipping policy

Your order will ship via USPS or UPS depending on your selection at checkout OR the size of the package required. Oh, and you should know, if you see UPS SurePost, UPS starts with the package then utilizes USPS for final delivery.

 USPS transit to delivery goals are 3 business days.

UPS Ground transit delivery goals are 5 business days.

Occasionally, life throws a curve-ball and there are service interruptions far beyond our control.  Perhaps a delivery truck broke down, or the weather has caused some unexpected delays.  We sincerely apologize for any delay, no matter how minor; if we could do anything to prevent them, we would!

Order Processing

We are shipping ninjas!  Once your order is entered, Wise Owl Paint™ works super hard to have your order packed to ship within four business days!  Sometimes Holidays, Promotions, New Product Releases, or Winter Storms can cause unforeseen delays.  We are super impatient and hate delays too!  Please know that we are trying our best to get your order out as soon as possible.

Keep your eye on your email!  We will send you an order confirmation when the order is placed, then we also send a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.  Please check and double-check that your email is correct when you place your order.  When it’s extremely cold outside it becomes extra important to track your package closely so your products don’t freeze sitting outside on your porch!  Watch your spam folder as well; unfortunately, the confirmation emails sometimes land there.

Please watch your tracking closely and inspect your order when it arrives.  Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported to mcglant@hotmail.com within 5 business days.  All sales are final.
